Privacy Policy

Summary

ToolsPH is built to keep your data on your device whenever possible. Interactive tools such as image compression, PDF merge, QR generation, word counting, and the calculators process information in your browser. We do not require an account and we do not operate a file-upload backend for these tools.

What stays in your browser

• Images you compress
• PDF files you merge
• Text you paste into the word counter or QR generator
• Salary, contribution, loan, and currency numbers you type into calculators

Those inputs are not uploaded to ToolsPH servers by the tools themselves.

Network requests

The PHP ↔ USD converter may request a public exchange-rate API from your browser to show a live rate. If that request fails, you can enter a rate manually. No API key belonging to you is used.

Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

ToolsPH may display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Analytics and server logs

We may use privacy-friendly analytics and our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard request logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights (Data Privacy Act of 2012)

Under Republic Act No. 10173 you may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because our tools do not collect your inputs, we usually hold no personal data except emails you send us.
